As the Quality Manager youll be responsible for overseeing the full QMS, maintaining key industry certifications, and leading a skilled team to uphold the highest standards of product quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain certifications (AS9100, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, NADCAP, R-R SABRe/GS3001).
2. Lead internal & external audits, ensuring timely closeout of non-conformances.
3. Manage and develop the Quality team, including training and appraisals.
4. Implement and improve robust quality control procedures across manufacturing.
