Your new role
The HR Operations Manager plays a critical leadership role in overseeing and enhancing the delivery of core HR services. Responsible for managing and developing a high-performing frontline HR team, this role ensures that HR operations are executed with efficiency, consistency, and excellence.With a strong emphasis on process improvement and service optimisation, the HR Operations Manager will drive the adoption of best practices and leverage systems and automation to streamline workflows. Key areas of focus include:
* Payroll administration
* Recruitment coordination
* Staff onboarding and offboarding
* Contract production
* General HR enquiries
Working collaboratively across the HR function, the HR Operations Manager will champion operational effectiveness and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for all employees.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven leadership in HR operations within fast-paced, high-volume settings
* Skilled in HRIS systems and data management
* Track record of process improvement and operational efficiency
* Experience managing teams and delivering on SLAs, KPIs, and service metrics
