Human Resources Administrator
We are currently looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join our HR Team based in Bury. The role is hybrid, 35 hours a week, 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum.
Key Accountabilities
* Recruitment & onboarding: coordinate adverts, interview process, agent liaison and onboarding administration.
* Administration: manage HR inbox, issue letters, maintain employee records, support benefits and events.
* Payroll & benefits: update payroll data and support benefits administration.
* Wellbeing & culture: support wellbeing initiatives, newsletter coordination.
* Reporting and process improvement: produce ad‑hoc reports and suggest HR efficiencies.
Qualifications
* Previous experience as an HR Administrator or similar role.
* Understanding of general HR policies and procedures.
* Experience managing recruitment processes.
* Familiarity with HRIS and Sage (desirable).
* Level 3 CIPD qualification or working towards it (desirable).
* Degree educated (desirable).
* Up-to-date employment law knowledge (desirable).
