This role offers a fantastic hybrid work arrangement, with 2 days working from home and 3 days based at our Romford office.

The Role
As a Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in driving business development and fostering lasting relationships with both new and existing clients. Your main goal will be to identify opportunities and grow revenue within the driving, industrial, and grounds maintenance sectors.
This is a hybrid role, providing the flexibility to work from home two days a week while spending three days in the office, collaborating with our team in Romford.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business by making cold calls, networking, and building strong client relationships.
Cultivate and maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business.
Proactively identify sales opportunities across our core sectors: driving, industrial, and grounds maintenance.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to fully understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and making a measurable impact on business success.
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
About You
The ideal candidate is:
Experienced in sales or business development, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets (experience in recruitment is a plus).
A confident and engaging communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and ambitious, thriving in a target-driven environment.
Adaptable to hybrid working, with the ability to balance office collaboration and remote productivity.
Knowledgeable (or eager to learn) about the driving, industrial, and grounds maintenance sectors.
