The Opportunity
We're looking to hire someone who thrives in the controlled chaos of high-volume recruitment. This isn't your typical desk job posting adverts and waiting for CVs to roll in. You'll be hunting down talent across our UK operations – from skilled chefs and kitchen operatives to logistics coordinators, hospitality staff, and head office professionals who keep the whole machine running.
You'll need the instincts of a headhunter and the stamina of an ultramarathon runner. One minute you're building talent pipelines for hard-to-find aviation catering specialists, the next you're filling urgent operational roles that can't wait. The variety keeps things interesting; the pace keeps you sharp.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
* Building and nurturing talent pools before we desperately need them (because forward planning beats panic)
* Sourcing candidates who don't just tick boxes but actually want to work in a fast-moving, high-standards environment
* Managing the full recruitment cycle – from spotting talent to getting offers accepted
* Partnering with hiring managers who know their stuff and expect you to know yours
* Bringing structure to the madness through solid ATS and CRM usage
* Getting your boots on the ground with 20% UK travel – seeing our operations first-hand
What You'll Bring
* Proper hands on recruitment experience from either agency or internal – you've done recruitment and not just dabbled.
* Background in aviation, manufacturing, or similarly fast-paced industries where operational downtime isn't an option
* Track record of finding people others can't – blue collar workers, hospitality teams, catering staff, operations crews
* Confidence with ATS and CRM systems that actually make your life easier, not harder
* The ability to juggle priorities without dropping balls
