HR Administrator Cambridge £30,000 - £32,000 We’re currently recruiting for an HR Administrator to join a leading pharmaceuticals company based in Cambridge on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your HR career in a supportive and fast-paced environment. You must drive and have access to a car due to the office location Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update the HR system Draft contracts, letters, and internal communications Manage employee records and generate HR metrics Oversee exit processes and final payroll Handle HR queries via inbox and HR systems Process monthly payroll and ensure legal compliance Administer benefits including pensions, BUPA, and gym memberships Act as the first point of contact for UK HR queries Support with performance and grievance matters Assist with visa and immigration administration Contribute to HR policy development and planning Provide admin support across core business functions About you: This role is ideal for someone currently studying towards their CIPD qualification or with a strong interest in HR, who’s eager to gain hands-on experience across a full generalist remit as our client offering a study support package.
