Part Time HR Administrator Our client is seeking a part time HR Administrator to join their established team on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. Acting as a key point of contact, providing administrative support across the full employee lifecycle to ensures a positive employee experience * £30,000 pro rata (£20,000) * 25 hours per week (Monday to Friday) * Hybrid working * Free parking * 25 days holiday (pro rata) Main Duties: * Manage the end-to-end recruitment administration process, including tracking candidate applications, scheduling interviews and liaising with recruitment agencies * Coordinating all pre-employment checks such as Right to Work verification, financial background screening, DBS checks, and reference verification. * Coordinate the onboarding process by setting up new starters in HR and payroll systems, managing induction schedules, ensuring completion of all documentation, and acting as a key point of contact to support a smooth transition into the Organisation. * Support the full employee lifecycle by maintaining accurate HRIS records, processing employment changes, coordinating offboarding activities, monitoring probation reviews, and responding to employee queries on policies, benefits, and terms. * Assist with the monthly payroll input and processing and necessary reporting procedures * Manage the People inbox, responding promptly to employee queries on policies, processes, and general HR matters * Administer BUPA healthcare benefits by managing employee enrolments, processing changes and maintaining accurate records * Update the pension portal for all new joiners, ensuring timely enrolment, accurate data entry, and compliance with scheme requirements. * Provide support to the People Adviser and Manager on ad hoc tasks and HR projects, as needed.
