HR Administrator - London Gateway - Up to £35,000
Our client are looking for a HR Administrator to join their team in London Gateway. As HR Administrator, you will be tasked to provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team. This role ensures smooth HR operations, compliance with industry regulations, and effective support for recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, and health & safety.

Key Responsibilities
HR Administration
* Support all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records
* Schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and manage compliance documents (e.g., Right to Work, DBS)
* Draft formal HR communications and assist in disciplinary and grievance procedures
Onboarding & Induction
* Lead onboarding and induction for all new employees, including driver
* Ensure all staff understand company policies and health & safety procedures
Compliance & Records
* Maintain up-to-date employee records (contracts, licenses, certifications, etc.
* Ensure ongoing compliance with health & safety, PPE, ADR training, and legal standards
