Site Manager - High-End Apartment Scheme (Holiday Cover)
Shadwell, Leeds | 3 Weeks Cover | GBP260 per day | Start 9th Feb
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to provide holiday cover for 3 weeks on a top-end apartment development, including luxury apartments and penthouses.
This is a great opportunity for a confident, professional Site Manager who can step in, keep the programme moving, and maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Responsibilities
* Day-to-day site management and supervision of trades/subcontractors
* Maintain high standards of quality, finish, and workmanship throughout
* Manage site Health & Safety, ensuring full compliance at all times
* Coordinate deliveries, site logistics, and short-term planning
* Carry out snagging/finishing checks and ensure works are completed to spec
* Liaise with the project team and provide daily progress updates
* Ensure the site remains clean, organised, and client-ready
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on apartment schemes (high-end preferred)
* Strong finishing and snagging eye for detail
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (essential)
* Confident running site operations independently during cover period
* Strong communication and leadership skills
