1. Manage & get involved with day-to-day operations across multiple project sites
2. Supervise subcontractors, direct labour, and specialist contractor teams
3. Ensure all works are completed safely, on time, and within project requirements
4. Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality, and compliance at all times
5. Liaise with clients, facilities teams, and senior management professionally
6. Coordinate site logistics, permits, and access requirements
7. Carry out all site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety briefings
