I am working with a client based in Leeds who are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join a busy recruitment function, playing a key role in delivering a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
In this fast-paced role, you’ll support the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring candidates move quickly and efficiently through the process, and helping the team deliver to SLAs and deadlines.
What you’ll be doing
1. Processing all candidates and internal moves using an ATS (Workday experience is advantageous).
2. Monitoring candidate progress at key stages of the recruitment journey and escalating delays.
3. Supporting the Team Leader and Recruitment Delivery Manager with audits and process checks.
4. Managing shared inboxes, including recruitment enquiries and referral activity.
5. Liaising with People Operations and internal stakeholders to resolve recruitment and system queries.
6. Booking meetings and providing general administrative support to the wider Talent Acquisition team.
7. Assisting with wider recruitment and TA projects as required.

14. Proactive approach with the ability to identify and escalate issues early.
15. Experience using workday would be highly preferable.
