Location: Solihull Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 package Job Type: Permanent, Full-time I am currently working on behalf of a well-established and growing main contractor with a strong, secured order book and a high level of repeat business. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Site Manager to deliver a varied portfolio of commercial and residential new build projects, with values ranging from £500,000 to £9 million. This opportunity would suit an experienced Site Manager, or a strong Assistant Site Manager who is ready to step up and take ownership of their own projects.
