Purple Ski and Purple Summer are luxury travel brands within a family-owned hotel group operating across France and the UK. Our London office, located in Connaught Village just moments from Hyde Park, serves as the hub for our UK and international clientele.
We are looking to recruit a confident, proactive and client-focused Sales & Customer Service Executive to support and grow chalet sales for our portfolio of fully catered luxury ski chalets in top French resorts, including Val d'Isère, Méribel, and Courchevel.
This is a full-time, office-based role with a strong client-facing component. While sales are an important part of the role, this is not just about booking holidays - it's about managing every detail of the guest experience from start to finish. You'll be the trusted point of contact for your clients, offering expert advice, preparing tailored quotes, coordinating all aspects of their booking, and ensuring the service they receive is personal, polished, and seamless.

Key Responsibilities
* Responding to sales enquiries and converting leads into bookings
* Preparing tailored email quotes and managing follow-up communication
* Acting as a trusted adviser for clients, helping them choose the right chalet and holiday experience
* Coordinating all pre-arrival arrangements, including transfers, ski hire, lift passes, childcare, and dining
* Acting as a consistent point of contact from enquiry to return
* Liaising with our operational teams in France to ensure smooth delivery of service
* Welcoming and assisting walk-in clients in our London shop-front
* Supporting the Head of Sales in developing new business opportunities
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with our travel agent partners
* Assisting with outreach and relationship management for potential hotel partnerships
* Supervising the in-resort concierge team during the winter season, with travel to the Alps for training support at the start of each season
* Supporting the broader marketing and commercial team as needed
Who We're Looking For
We are open-minded regarding background, but you must have at least 2 years' experience in travel or hospitality, ideally within the luxury sector, and a strong knowledge of the French Alps, particularly Val d'Isère, Méribel, and Courchevel.
You'll also be:
* Warm, articulate, and professional - someone who builds trust easily
* Exceptionally well-organised, with good attention to detail
* Confident in both written and spoken communication (excellent grammar and spelling are essential)
* A good professional level of French is preferable (though not essential)
* Numerate, tech-literate, and a quick learner
* Comfortable working in a small, dynamic team where everyone's contribution is valued
A university degree is not essential, but you'll need to demonstrate that you've used your post-secondary years wisely through relevant work, training, or travel.
You will report to the Head of Sales and the Commercial Director, and be based in our Connaught Village office full-time (Monday to Friday), with occasional Saturday cover in winter shared between the team.
