As a Sales Executive with Listers, you'll ensure that every customer feels valued by understanding how our vehicles fit into their lives. Your goal is to match customers with the right car, features, and add-ons, ensuring total satisfaction from financing to contracts.
Responsibilities include:
1. Building trust, communicating effectively, and exceeding customer expectations through qualification and creating a positive first impression.
2. Maximising opportunities via prospecting, follow-up calls, inbound enquiries, walk-ins, and internet inquiries.
3. Achieving monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products to maximise profit.
4. Adhering to FCA and data protection regulations by accurately collecting customer and vehicle data to enhance our customer database.
5. Demonstrating an ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
6. Quickly establishing rapport with customers.
7. Holding a valid UK driver’s license.
8. Experience in motor trade, automotive, or car dealership is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.

You will work Monday to Saturday, with a day off during the week and Sundays on a rota basis. Hours are 8:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm on Saturdays, and 10am to 4pm on Sundays.
