HR Business Partner – 9 month FTC

Role Overview:
* Location: Hybrid (UK-based)

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Own and resolve complex ER cases, from disciplinaries and grievances to restructures and redundancies
* Influence and advise senior leaders on all things employee relations and organisational change
* Drive compliance and best practice across employment law and internal policies
* Develop and deliver ER strategies that support business goals and people outcomes
* Lead and support change programmes with clear, effective communication
* Spot trends and risks by analysing ER data — and act on them
* Be a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across the business
Main Skills Needed:
* CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience)
* Proven track record managing complex ER issues
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
* Experience advising senior leadership and shaping ER strategy
* Comfortable supporting transformation and business change
