HR Administrator Location: Bury Salary: £28,000 per annum We are recruiting for a proactive and organised HR Administrator to join a well-established HR team based in Bury. This role would suit someone with a solid HR foundation who is looking to continue developing their career within a busy and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Providing administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, including starters, leavers and contractual changes Preparing contracts of employment, offer letters and other HR documentation Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems Supporting recruitment activity, including interview coordination and onboarding Assisting with absence management processes and HR reporting Acting as a first point of contact for general HR queries Supporting wider HR projects and initiatives as required The Ideal Candidate: CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards completion) Previous experience in an HR Administrator or HR Assistant role Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Confident communicator with a professional and approachable manner Good understanding of HR processes and basic employment legislation Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and HR systems Able to handle confidential information with discretion What’s on Offer: Salary of £28,000 per annum Full-time, office-based role in Bury Supportive and collaborative HR team Opportunity to further develop HR knowledge and progress your career
