Job Title: Senior Sales Executive
Reports To:National Sales Manager
Function: Sales and specification of Keim products within Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Job Purpose.
To build customer relationships, identify and follow up on leads, and maximise sales opportunities, sales and specifications.
To identify prospects, ensure customer satisfaction, and constantly seek new opportunities to drive business growth.
Main Activities and responsibilities:
The position is a field based role, responsible for sales of Keim products through various routes to market, including but not limited to Specifiers, Architects, Contractors, Merchants and Project Owners.
·Responsible for all sales activity and business development within Scotland and Northern Ireland, to meet area budget.
·Presentations to Architects, Merchants and Specifiers.
·Identification and nurturing of prospects.
·Site visits, creation of bespoke Keim specifications.
·Practical project support, including application of samples (paint, render), advice on application
·Attendance at Trade Shows.
Requirements and skills
* Self-motivated and driven
* Track record of over-achieving budget
* Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
* Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
* Experience working with CRM
* Computer competency
* Practical capability
* Presentation skills and experience
·Literacy and numeracy (minimum GCSE Grade C English, Mathematics)
·Good telephone, listening, and recording skills
·Accuracy and politeness
·Good working knowledge of English
·Awareness of construction industry
·Good knowledge of Keim products – both specifying and applying products.
