Overview
A rapidly growing events business is looking for a Sponsorship Sales Executive to join its team. Salary up to GBP 50,000 per annum (depending on experience), plus a strong commission structure. Remote-first setup.
Responsibilities
* Identifying and evaluating potential partners based on alignment with target markets, globally.
* Negotiating partnership agreements and coordinating with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance.
* Cultivating and managing relationships with key partners, serving as the main point of contact.
* Working closely with internal teams to develop joint marketing initiatives and maximise partner visibility.
* Tracking, analysing, and reporting on partnership performance, including revenue growth and customer acquisition.
* Detecting and capitalising on new business opportunities through partner collaboration.
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
* Prior experience in a similar events sales role with experience.
* Proven track record in identifying and securing successful sponsorship partnerships.
* Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Ability to think strategically and analyse market trends.
* Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue and achieving targets.
* Exceptional organisational and project management skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with internal teams.
