We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective B2B strategies and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.
Duties
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives
* Conduct marketing campaigns to generate leads and convert prospects into clients
* Utilise software to manage customer relationships and track sales activities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities
* Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for improving sales performance
* Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Requirements
* Experience in B2B sales, preferably within the Construction, Agricultural or Automotive Parts industry
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences
* Strong organisational skills in order to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* A proactive attitude towards problem-solving
