Requirements
have 24 years postqualificationexperience;
have good academics at ALevel (or international equivalent) anddegreelevel;
be committed to acting forindividuals;
be a strong technical lawyer with a good grasp of employment lawprinciples;
have the ability to express yourselfclearly;
have experience appropriate to your level of qualification i.e.have run your ownmatters;
have experience that is relevant to ourpractice;
be hardworking and consistently have met your chargeable hours andbilling targets sincequalification;
be entrepreneurial and have a plan to bring in work to the firm;and
be agood teamplayer.
