Overview
Location: Llandrindod Wells, Powys. Duration: 28 weeks. Start Date: Approx. 3 weeks. We are looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a £1.5m new build project in Llandrindod Wells. The project is a 28-week brickwork build delivering a larder and office space and is due to start in approximately three weeks.
Responsibilities
* Day-to-day site management and supervision
* Managing trades, programme, and health & safety
* Ensuring works are delivered on time and to a high standard
* Liaising with the client and subcontractors
Requirements
* Proven experience managing similar new build projects
* Strong brickwork background preferred
* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
* Ability to work independently and manage site operations
* Ideally local to Llandrindod Wells; if not, client will consider renting a nearby property (day rate at the lower end of the scale in that case)
