VANRATH is recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation based in Belfast, seeking an experienced Facilities Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
Key Details:
* Salary: £26,000 - £30,500
* Monday - Friday
* Permanent role
* Hybrid working: 3-4 days in-office, 1-2 days remote
* Location: South Belfast with onsite parking

Responsibilities:
* Operate an efficient, customer-focused Support Hub, ensuring high service standards.
* Manage work orders from initiation to completion, escalating issues as needed.
* Support facilities management services, including maintenance, compliance, and asset management.
* Provide administrative support to managers and officers across FM functions.
* Log service requests accurately, follow procedures, and assist with performance reporting.
Candidate Profile:
* At least 2 years' experience in helpdesk or similar facilities management roles.
* Experience engaging with suppliers and contractors (preferred but not essential).
* Highly organized with strong planning, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and work order systems; qualifications equivalent to NVQ.
