Location : HQ - This role is contractually based at Allianz Stadium, offering some flexibility to work from home.

Working Hours : This is a full-time role, covering 35hrs per week

The Role:
Reporting into the Debenture Membership Manager, the role holder will be integral to the successful delivery of our upcoming Debenture renewal campaigns; playing a key role in the account management and sales of this premium membership alongside the operational implementation of the Twickenham Stadium Debenture programmes.
This role will involve extensive membership account management, renewals and new business sales generation as part of the team to deliver Twickenham Debenture sales.
Some key responsibilities include:
3. Key role in the Premium Sales team, responsible for the retention and acquisition of England Rugby Debentures.
4. Adopting a consultative sales approach, proactively sell new England Rugby Debentures.
5. To research and identify new market and account opportunities.
6. Track record in sales and consistently exceeding individual targets.
7. Expertise in generating new business.
8. Adhering to set KPIs – call times, meetings, networking events.
9. Managing and reporting personal pipeline.
10. Instigating and conducting face-to-face meetings with Debenture members.
11. Assist with ticketing queries ahead of the Autumn Nations Series and Six Nations.
12. Alongside the Commercial Marketing Executive, running events that will drive retention and new business.
13. Assist the Lead Account Manager to implement the Debenture loyalty programme.
14. Required to work 8 match days where seat show rounds and hosting prospects will be required.
15. Liaising with the Finance Team, ensuring all License Fees and additional Invoices are paid by the due dates ahead of match days.
16. Actively collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development and delivery of the current strategic, business and operational plans.
17. Act as an ambassador for, and promote the best interests of the RFU, including the promotion of our culture and core values – This Rose Means Everyone: Put The Team First, Shape The Future, Respect Each Other.
18. Undertake other duties as may be required from time to time as are consistent with the responsibilities of the post and the needs of the organisation.
