Oxlip Learning Partnership are looking for two professional and experienced HR Managers to join our trust HR service based at Stowupland High School and Copleston High School. As HR Manager, you will support the HR Director in providing an effective and efficient HR service across the trust and will work at an operational level focusing on casework, employment practice, policy development and contribution to strategic HR Projects. You will have: Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development Level 5 or equivalent experience significant experience in a senior HR role, within a fast-paced environment experience of managing complex HR issues and a strong up to date knowledge of employment law ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with school leaders, colleagues and trustees as well as fostering a strong team working culture across the HR team.
