We are hiring for our client, a forward-thinking construction company specialising in commercial retail fit-out projects across NI, ROI and the UK. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline, they are seeking a Project Manager in Commercial Fit-Out to join their expanding team.
This Project Manager role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality projects while working in a collaborative, hands-on environment. The successful Project Manager will play a key role in managing projects end-to-end and maintaining strong client relationships.

The Role:
* Manage commercial retail fit-out projects from inception to completion
* Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
* Lead site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
* Maintain strong communication with clients and senior management
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
The Person:
* 2+ years' experience as a Project Manager within commercial fit-out
* Relevant qualifications (Degree / SMSTS / First Aid)
* Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
* Willingness to travel across NI, ROI and the UK
The Reward:
* £45,000 - £65,000 (DOE)
