Why this role is exciting
As a Channel Sales Executive at Orbital Net, you’ll have a key role in helping maintain, retain and grow our IT MSP channel partner network which is key to Orbital achieving its growth aims. This is a key commercial role sitting in the new business sales team. You will act as the primary contact to a portfolio of partners.
What you’ll do
* Manage from start to resolution daily operational enquiries
* Act as first point of contact for partner queries
* Co‑ordinate with internal functions to resolve and close queries
* Proactively work on contract renewals, and identify growth opportunities
* Own end‑to‑end renewals with proactive engagement with partners ahead of renewal
* Create and manage sales opportunities from partners
* Identify opportunities to grow revenue within partners
* Manage the lifecycle of deals from qualification to order
* Provide cover and support to Channel Partner Manager
* Support on larger value deals as required
* Assist in onboarding new partners, and help with initiatives into the partner network
