Pilgrims Hospices is seeking a HR Officer to provide an effective and efficient recruitment and onboarding, contracting and general HR service to the organisation.
The role
The post-holder will proactively assist with the development and achievement of the HR and organisational goals by providing a professional and supportive administrative function:
* HR and Administration
* Recruitment and Onboarding
* Recruitment Management
* Contract Management
* HR Systems

Working arrangements
This role is offered on a 35 hours per week basis, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, with one hour lunch break. This role is based at the Pilgrims Hospice Canterbury site.
