Job Summary Careerlink are hiring for an experienced Administrator in Oldbury, working for a leading parcel distribution company. Start date: asap Days: Monday-Friday (Temporary, ongoing work) Working hours: 9am-5pm (30 minutes lunch) Pay rate: £12.60 per hour increasing to £14.32 after 12 weeks LOGISTICS HR ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCE IS PREFERED Location: Oldbury, B69 Responsibilities General administration, including but not limited to: employee absence admin (generating letters, creating packs, typing minutes, Booking meeting roles, updating systems), Audio typing Disciplinary & grievance admin Booking hub tours Email communication Qualifications Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Competent computer skills, including typing proficiency and familiarity with various software applications.
