The Role

Our opportunity is your chance to play a crucial role in redefining the world of talent. Interested? Then we would like to talk to you!

As a Senior Recruiter you will join our French recruitment team supporting one of the largest French pharmaceutical companies and you will be responsible for hiring for Commercial Operation roles. You will have full ownership of the recruitment strategy, working closely together with hiring managers, sourcing team, administration function, and insights. You will ensure that we are delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction. The role will involve liaising with the client on a day-to-day basis, managing workload as well as putting together innovative resourcing strategies to meet their expectations entirely.

Key Accountabilities

What you'll be doing:

* Leading an end-to-end recruitment process.
* Facilitating the interview and selection process.
* Ensuring quality shortlists are prepared and delivered in timely manner.
* Building and strengthening relationships with Hiring Managers through resource planning, job
* specification, other recruitment activities.
* Develop and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders.
* Consulting with Hiring Managers on hiring needs and priorities.
* Identifying process improvements and managing client expectations.

Skills & Experience

You'll need to demonstrate:

* Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment cycle.
* Full professional working proficiency in English and French.
* French market experience.
* Strong customer focus and ability to manage senior stakeholders.
* Ability to reflect, listen, communicate and emphasize.
* Analytical mind, attention to detail and practical approach.
* Experience in the use of recruitment technology and recruitment databases and ATS.
