Overview
We are seeking a bright and motivated Sales Executive to join our new Maidstone office. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to new prospects, reaching out to previous enquiries, and building strong relationships with small business owners. You will help small business owners get access to the funding they need to grow their business. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for growth, with the potential to advance into a management role where you can build and lead your own sales team.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate a steady flow of daily leads and proactively reach out to previous enquiries.
* Build and nurture relationships with small business owners, offering expert guidance on business loans.
* Reach out to businesses via telephone to determine if they are looking for business funding.
* Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
* Collaborate with a small team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets.
* Track and report on sales performance and activity metrics.
* Participate in training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in sales techniques and product offerings.
* Work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales, preferably in a related industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* A proactive and motivated attitude with a commitment to achieving results.
* Familiarity with card machines and business financing is a plus but not required.
* A positive mindset.
