Linsco are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to support the delivery of a small steel frame unit project at Birmingham University.
Project Scope:
* Overseeing the construction of a small steel frame structure
* Coordination of lift shaft installation and small passenger lift
* Management of M&E works and internal fit-out
* Ensuring all works are delivered to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing similar projects, ideally within a live university or public environment
* Strong understanding of steel frame structures, lift installations, and M&E coordination
* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates (essential)
* Ability to work independently and manage subcontractors effectively
