Candy Management Consultants Ltd is seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team The role of the business development executive is to identify sales leads, pitch services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with existing and new clients.
Responsibilities:
* Proactively contact potential customers via phone, email, or other means.
* Generate leads for future expansion.
* Conduct prospecting activities in collaboration with the Marketing team.
* Provide reports on sales activities and results.
* Work with the Marketing team to Identify new markets to carry out marketing activity such as mailshots and telephone calls.
* Making outbound calls from our prospect list data base following the above mailshots.
* Maintain CRM with all lead activity and follow up to secure orders
* Prepare proposals for new leads and follow up to secure customer orders
* Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
* Generating new business opportunities via cold calling with identified targets
* Planning and preparing system demonstrations of our cloud solutions
* Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
Qualifications
:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B sales preferred.
* Ability to build rapport and manage a sales call IS essential
* Experience in lead generation.
* Experience in project management preferred.
* Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and ability to work independently.
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
* Must be able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in MS Office, Office365 and CRM
