Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site Sales Executive position located in Sunbury‑On‑Thames. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building strong relationships with new and existing customers, presenting and selling vehicles, identifying customer needs to recommend tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets. You will also ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience at every stage of the sales process, from initial contact to post‑sale follow‑up. Maintaining product knowledge and representing the Mercedes‑Benz brand with professionalism and enthusiasm will be key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
* Experience in sales, client relationship management, and customer service
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* A results‑driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Ability to demonstrate knowledge and passion for the automotive industry
* Proficiency in administrative tasks, such as maintaining documentation and utilizing CRM software
* Self‑motivation, time management, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
* A valid driver’s license
* Willingness to work on‑site at the Sunbury‑On‑Thames location
* Previous automotive sales experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
* Qualification in sales, marketing, or a related field is an added benefit
