We are looking to recruit an Associate and a Managing Associate for our client's London Employment Practice Group, on either a permanent or fixed term contract basis (we will look at both options in tandem). For the permanent role, we will also consider candidates who are practising in the regions (e.g., Birmingham, Bristol, or Manchester) at reputable law firms, and are willing to relocate to London.
We are seeking a candidate who possesses 3-7 years of post-qualification experience within a broad range of transactional and corporate advisory matters, including the employment aspects of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, workforce restructuring, employee relations, recruitment, severance, workforce classification and restrictive covenants.
It is essential for the successful candidate to be qualified in England & Wales.
