Overview
Role: HR Manager/Lead (12-month contract, maternity cover)
Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire (hybrid on offer)
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: Dependant on experience
Role purpose: Lead a variety of HR projects within the HR Operations and Employee Relations team, focusing on process improvement, service optimization, and change management, while supporting data analytics and policy development.
Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver HR projects focused on process improvement and operational efficiency
* Drive automation initiatives and leverage technology to streamline HR services
* Manage data reporting, dashboards, and analytics, including headcount planning
* Update HR policies and develop training and communication materials
* Conduct workplace investigations in line with best practices
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in HR project delivery and process improvement
* Strong data analysis skills, including advanced Excel; Power BI is a plus
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver measurable outcomes
* Experience in employee relations and conducting workplace investigations
* CIPD qualification or equivalent experience preferred
