They are looking for a People & Volunteering Manager for a six month fixed term contract. As People and Volunteering Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering people strategies that not only meet the highest standards of compliance but also create a supportive and engaging experience for employees and volunteers. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you’ll champion operational excellence, ensure adherence to CQC, IiP and Safer Recruitment practices, and empower managers to lead with confidence.
