Job Title: Sales Executive / Junior Account Manager
Location: Northampton
Salary: up to £28,000 + Uncapped commission
A well-established and growing commercial finance brokerage is looking to recruit an ambitious Commercial Finance Broker to join their office-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional with experience in asset finance or unsecured business lending to join a fast-paced brokerage environment with strong earning potential.
The Role
Our client is seeking a motivated broker who can build relationships with SME clients and source suitable finance solutions across a panel of lenders. You will be responsible for managing the full deal lifecycle from initial enquiry through to completion, while delivering a consultative and professional service to clients.
Responsibilities
* Generate and manage new business opportunities from inbound and outbound enquiries
* Build relationships with SME clients seeking funding solutions
* Structure and arrange asset finance and unsecured business loans
* Package deals and present applications to a panel of lenders
* Manage the process from initial enquiry through to completion
* Work closely with lenders and underwriters to progress deals efficiently
* Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management
* Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets
Candidate Requirements
* Experience in commercial finance, asset finance, or business lending
* Proven ability to generate and convert new business opportunities
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Target-driven with a commercial mindset
* Ability to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced brokerage environment
