My client is a fast-growing recruitment agency specialising in the Construction sector, with dedicated desks across Trades & Labour, Fire & Security, and White Collar recruitment. With a dynamic and collaborative team culture, they are looking for driven and motivated 360 Recruitment Consultants to join their expanding business across their London, Liverpool, and Ipswich offices.
The Role:
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle within your chosen vertical. From developing strong client relationships to sourcing and placing top-tier candidates, you will play a key role in driving business growth and supporting clients across the construction and infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business Development: Identify, develop, and maintain new client relationships across Construction, Trades & Labour, Fire & Security, and White Collar markets, building long-term partnerships.
* Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source, headhunt, and attract high-calibre candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
* Consultative Sales: Understand client requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions, managing the recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement.
* Negotiation & Offer Management: Manage pay rate and salary negotiations while handling client and candidate expectations to ensure successful outcomes.
* Candidate & Client Management: Deliver a high level of service to both clients and candidates, maintaining regular communication throughout the recruitment process.
* Market Insight: Stay informed on industry trends, hiring demands, and market conditions to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.

* Proven experience in 360 recruitment, ideally within Construction, Trades & Labour, Fire & Security, or White Collar sectors (although transferable recruitment experience will be considered).
