Site Manager – Construction

Up to £60,000 + Package
A well-established and growing regional construction contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their team in Bristol.
The Role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing site operations from start through to completion
* Supervising subcontractors and site teams
* Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
* Monitoring progress against programme and reporting updates
* Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship
* Coordinating deliveries, materials, and logistics
* Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams
* Ensuring all site documentation and RAMS are in place
About You
We are looking for a hands-on Site Manager with strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to site delivery.
You will have:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction
* Background working for a main contractor
* Strong knowledge of site processes and project delivery
* Ability to manage subcontractors and drive programme
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
* A strong focus on health & safety and quality
Requirements
* SMSTS (essential)
* CSCS Card (Gold or Black preferred)
* First Aid at Work
* Relevant construction qualification (desirable)
