Operating across both manual and automated manufacturing processes, the business is experiencing continued growth and is looking to strengthen its quality leadership capability. This role would suit a hands-on quality professional ready to take ownership of site quality performance, or an experienced Quality Manager seeking a fresh challenge in a technically varied environment. The position offers a salary circa £50,000+, 33 days annual leave, early finishes on a Friday, company events, and tailored personal development programmes. Quality Manager responsibilities include - Owning internal and external audits and driving continuous improvement. Leading APQP activities including FMEA, control plans and PPAP. Owning customer complaints, NCRs and 8D corrective actions. Ensuring manufacturing processes meet customer, regulatory and ISO requirements. Managing calibration systems and inspection equipment. Driving site-wide quality performance and right-first-time results.
