Job Description
1. Lead and evolve the site Quality Management System to support business goals and operational excellence
2. Oversee nonconformance management, CAPA, risk mitigation, and root cause investigations
3. Define and monitor quality KPIs, using data and trends to drive action
4. Act as the primary quality point of contact for customers, including audits and issue resolution
5. Lead internal, customer, supplier, and third-party audits with strong preparation and follow-up
6. Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving across the site
7. Partner with Operations and Engineering to improve process capability, reduce variation, and prevent defects
8. Drive supplier quality performance through collaboration and corrective actions
9. Lead, coach, and develop the Quality team while strengthening quality culture site-wide

The Successful Applicant
10. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
11. 6-10 years of experience in Quality within a manufacturing environment
12. Strong working knowledge of ISO-based quality systems and audits
13. Proven experience with root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methods (8D, DMAIC, PDCA)
14. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional partners
