Role Description
Can you sell? Can you close deals? We are producing a huge amount of enquiries from our website marketing which require quoting and converting into orders. If you can sell we can pay you good commission and you can earn good money with us! This is a full-time, on-site role based in Leicester for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales proposals, following up on leads, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position also requires collaboration with the wider team to strategize and deliver on business goals.
Qualifications
* Proven skills in sales, account management, hot sales leads provided
* Experience with client relationship management and customer retention
* Strong negotiation and closing techniques
* Ability to analyse market trends and develop sales strategies
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* Self-motivation, organizational skills, and a results-driven approach
* Proficiency in Hubspot CRM sales software
* Experience in the building, construction, or rooflight industry is a plus
* Suit high achiever looking to put in the hours without clocking off at 5.30pm
