Senior Hospitality Sales Executive driving revenue across the club’s hospitality and events programme. This is a high-profile commercial role responsible for bringing new Hospitality clients into the club and enhancing the matchday hospitality offering.
Key Tasks and responsibilities:
•Lead on acquisition of hospitality clients across matchdays.
•Develop tailored proposals for executive boxes, lounges, sponsorship packages, and business events.
•Deliver sales strategies aligned with commercial revenue targets.
•Maintain strong relationships with key partners and sponsors.
•Attend matchdays, networking events, and hospitality showcases.
•Produce regular sales reports and revenue forecasts for senior management.
•Identify new revenue streams and develop innovative hospitality concepts
What are we looking for:
•Proven track record in hospitality or premium corporate sales—stadium or arena experience strongly preferred.
•Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•Existing regional business network beneficial.
•CRM experience and strong commercial awareness.
