Associate HR Administrator (6-Month Contract) Vetting Services
Are you a highly organised administrator with a passion for people and processes? We’re looking for a proactive Associate HR Administrator to join our People Team on a 6-month contract, supporting a variety of high-volume HR administrative tasks and playing a key role in our Vetting Services.
About the Role
In this busy and rewarding role, you'll provide essential support to the wider People Team—helping to coordinate diaries, plan logistics, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Your work will enable the delivery of key people initiatives, making a real impact on employee experience.
Your Focus: Vetting Services
This role has a central focus on coordinating pre-employment vetting checks in line with policy. You'll:
* Liaise with our external vetting partner to manage screening checks across all categories
* Be the first point of contact for vetting-related queries from candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams
* Monitor risks and ensure vetting activities are completed within agreed service levels
* Track daily progress and contribute to reporting on completion rates and screening status
What You’ll Bring
Experience with HR or resourcing admin
Familiarity with systems and administrative procedures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills—confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
Exceptional attention to detail, with solid planning and coordination abilities
A practical mindset and problem-solving approach
