Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate HR systems, records, contracts, and personnel files. Provide expert advice on ER matters including disciplinary, grievance, and absence cases. Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities. Identify training needs and manage professional development initiatives.
