They are a specialist civil engineering product supplier and are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to provide an example and technical expertise for a developing sales team. Duties and responsibilities of the Senior Sales Executive role include (but are not limited to): Develop and execute a robust sales strategy aligned with business goals, market trends, and client needs. Lead by example, consistently delivering outstanding sales results and setting the standard for performance within the team. You will be responsible for hitting your own personal sales target as well as ensuring the team meets their own. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities. Inspire, mentor, and drive the sales team to achieve and exceed targets, fostering a culture of ambition, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
