Niche Recruitment is proud to be partnering with Watson Fuels to recruit an Inside Sales Executive for their growing Fuel Cards division. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident communicator who enjoys speaking with customers over the phone, is looking to progress their career, and wants to be part of a fantastic, close-knit team.
You’ll be joining a well-established business where you can develop your sales skills, grow within a supportive environment, and earn a great bonus with uncapped commission potential. Based in Brinkworth with hybrid working (Mon–Wed in office, Thurs–Fri remote), you’ll play a key role in driving outbound sales and building strong client relationships.
The role is paying £25,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE up to £500/month)
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate and convert new business leads
* Promote fuel card solutions to UK businesses
* Manage client onboarding and support
* Achieve sales targets across applications, activations, and usage
Skills & Experience:
* Confident communicator with a commercial mindset
* Resilient, target-driven and team-focused
* Experience with CRMs (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus
* Background in customer service or sales is advantageous
