Job Description
We are currently looking to recruit a Quality Manager to support the Southern Region. Location: Southampton. Hours: Permanent – 42.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
Responsibilities
* Support the pre‑construction and operational delivery teams with QA compliance and manage the areas of quality throughout all the projects.
* Ensure the implementation of a right first‑time approach in quality management and specification compliance.
* Manage compliance and operational aspects of Quality Control Systems, including auditing, risk management, investigations, complaint handling, report writing, and quality‑related training.
* Implement and monitor ISO accredited integrated management systems, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
* Identify concerns, support contract teams to deliver improvements, analyze root causes of defects and nonconformities, and implement corrective actions.
* Drive improvements in Performance Excellence, always striving for better outcomes.
Qualifications
* Understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management system standards.
* Workspace initiative, proactive, highly organized and detail‑oriented.
* Ability to balance tasks and responsibilities to complete all work in a timely manner.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Full driving licence.
