Our superb client, based in King’s Lynn is seeking an experienced HR Officer to join them on a full‑time permanent basis working 8.45am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
* Employee relations and well‑being
* Arranging training
* Overseeing appraisal processes
* Reviewing and maintaining company policies and procedures
* Interviewing for new employees
* Coordinating inductions
* Maintaining accurate HR records
* Other related duties
Qualifications
* Strong understanding of employment law including disciplinary and grievance
* Managing recruitment processes
* Support senior management with HR related matters
* Implement appraisal frameworks and employee development
* Promote employee well‑being
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in a similar level generalist HR related role
