About the role
As an HR Administrator, you will support HRBPs and HR Advisors with transactional and operational tasks that cannot be transitioned to global or regional hubs. Your activities may include supporting sensitive activities, factory HR support, resolving transactional queries, and guiding employees and managers on HR policies and self-service portals.
Responsibilities
1. Guide employees and managers on self-service transactions and navigating the HR portal, especially post-Hypercare.
2. Provide first-line support to HRSS teams for market-specific queries.
3. Support in-market activities such as compliance documentation, timekeeping, employee engagement, and medical checkups.
4. Assist with activities transitioning to global operations, like absence management.
5. Contribute to HR process standardization and continuous improvement.
6. Understand and communicate HR policies and procedures.
7. Conduct biweekly data audits to ensure accuracy.
8. Act as a liaison between HRBPs and Global Ops when needed.
9. Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal teams to resolve employee queries.
10. Onboard new HR team members and provide orientation.
Requirements
* Previous experience as an HR Administrator or Support role.
* Knowledge of HR analytics and proficiency with tools like Tableau or Power BI is beneficial.
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
* Understanding of HR processes and principles.
* Ability to work independently and within a team.
